An advanced heat treatment laboratory has just been constructed which contains a number of atmosphere controlled furnaces. There is also a heat treatment laboratory  equipped with air furnaces. The equipment includes:

   1800⁰ C Centorr vacuum furnace.
   Induction melting furnace.
   Atmosphere Controlled 1500⁰ C box furnace
   Two 1500⁰ C box furnaces, one with a controlled atmosphere system.
   Five 1200⁰ C box furnaces.
   Two tube furnaces for controlled atmosphere treatments.
   Circulating water quench tank
   Salt pots
